Why Shen Novelty
Shen Novelty is led by Sheniqua Simon, whose background includes more than 20 years across education, child welfare, family services, and community-based support.
Her experience includes work connected to the New York City Department of Education with a focus on special education and student support.
That experience gives Shen Novelty a grounded understanding of how education systems affect families, how families experience those systems, and what kind of support helps people feel less lost inside them.
