Sheniqua Simon brings more than 20 years of frontline and leadership experience across education, child welfare, family services, and community-based support.
Her work includes service within the New York City Department of Education, with a focus on special education and student support, as well as the Administration for Children’s Services, where she served in child welfare and worked closely with families navigating high-stakes challenges.
Through Shen Novelty, LLC, Sheniqua brings together public-sector experience, human-behavior insight, RFP and grant-writing knowledge, and responsible AI strategy to help agencies and organizations strengthen the systems that support people.
Her approach is steady and practical: understand the people, clarify the problem, build the system, and support the change until it can hold.
